Young Vaishnavi, only 24 years old, joined OHOT on June 8, which is also OHOT day. We should have known that would mean something.
The way Vaishu blended into the team in these few months has been remarkable. Operations is a pressure job, for anyone, especially in a startup.
It is often a thankless job as well, because everyone expects Ops team to do things smoothly and perfectly. But when they do things right, they do not get the kind of validation a trip leader gets. The role, however, is critical for a trip, and hence the brand’s success.
Vaishnavi you have been doing a stellar job so far. As you completed three months last week, I have noticed that you are always cheerful and enthusiastic. You are dedicated, you are sincere, and hardworking. I love how at such a young age you are so super professional in your ways. You try to bring systems into work and make us a little more organised in our ways. I have no qualms in admitting that I learn from you and you make me want to do things more efficiently. You will have a bright future wherever you go
You often help out others as well and that shows the team person that you are. Being loyal is in your value system.
Vaishu, there is a lot you have gone through recently, but do know that in Radu, me, and in OHOT, you will always have people that have your back.
