When we heard that 2026 was going to be the best year to see the Northern lights in over a decade, we knew we had to put up a trip to see them. The Sun goes through a 11-year cycle and 2025 is the year of solar maximum, meaning the Northern Lights will be the best northern lights in 24 years from 2012-2035!

Ask anyone their travel bucket list, and most would say “to see the Northern Lights”!

And that is why we are putting up this winter trip to Russia – to see the best northern lights, to see a beautiful country, and the vibrant town of St Petersburg.

Itinerary

Day 1 :

You are going to see the most beautiful Northern Lights in over a
decade!! Do you even need more reasons

Day 2 :

You are going to cross the Arctic Circle. The last time you heard or
spoke about it was in your school books!

Day 3 :

In fact you are going to stay in the Biggest City in The Arctic Circle -
Murmansk.

Day 4 :

You will go on reindeer sledge ride!! Think of Santa Claus, think of
how he comes on his reindeer driven sled. Time for you to do the same,
ho ho!

Day 5 :

You are going to meet the indigenous Sami community and learn
some of their traditions and rituals.

Day 6 :

You are going to see the world's first Nuclear Powered Ice Breaker.
