List of documents – 

• Completed Schengen visa application form (signed, with valid contact details)
• Valid passport (minimum 3 months beyond return date, at least 2 blank pages)
• Recent passport-size photographs (Schengen photo standards)
• Proof of financial means (bank statements, IT returns, etc.)
• Confirmed return air ticket
• Proof of accommodation (hotel bookings or invitation letter)
• Day-to-day travel itinerary
• Travel medical insurance covering the period of stay (minimum €30,000 coverage)
• Cover letter explaining trip details
• Proof of employment and leave letter (if employed)
• Additional documents for minors (birth certificate, NOC, etc)

Visa processing time –Standard 15 calendar days from the date of submission

Evisa or VOA or have to apply at embassy/vfs – Spain tourist visa for Indians must be applied for through BLS International Visa Application Centres in India, which submit applications to the Embassy of Spain (New Delhi) or Consulate General (Mumbai). No eVisa or visa on arrival is available.

If it’s to be applied at embassy, which cities in India can we apply – Applications are accepted at BLS Visa Centres across major Indian cities (including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, etc.), which forward applications to Embassy of Spain, New Delhi, or Consulate General, Mumbai.

Visa cost – Approx. INR 7,035 (plus INR 1,487 service charge to BLS)
