Refunds are accepted under the following conditions;
If an error occurs on our part in the property booking process
If the service is canceled by On His Own Trip due to unforeseen circumstances
And, refunds will not be issued for;
Change of mind after booking
Failure to provide required documentation
Refunds are typically processed within 10-15 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their booking within 7 days of the transaction. To request a cancellation, they must contact our support team and provide a reason. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10-15 days and credited to the original payment method.
