1. List of documents –
- Original Passports with 6 Months Validity from the date of travel
- Visa Application Form
- 2 passport size photo according to photo specifications (45mm X 35mm in size, 80% face visible,
- Covering letter mentioning details of applicants
- Pan Card or Aadhaar Card Copy
- Income Tax / Form 16 for the last 3 years
- Original Bank statements for the last 6 months with sufficient balance
- Salary slips for the last 3 months – if employed
- Original Leave approval letter from company-on-company letterhead (If employed)
- Company registration proof e.g., Shop ACT, MOA, etc. – (If self-employed)
- If you are a Student – A bonafide letter / ID card and NOC letter from School/College.
- If Retired – Retirement Proof.
- Other Financial Documents like Fixed Deposits, PPF, NSC, Property Papers, etc.
- Hotel Bookings, Air Tickets / Itinerary
- Children under 18 must provide a notarized ‘no objection certificate’ from any non-accompanying parent authorizing their travel to Australia along with copies of the parent’s passports.
- Applicants over 75 years of age and any applicant requesting a stay of 12 months must provide evidence of Overseas Health Insurance.
2. Visa processing time : 30- 40 working days
3. Evisa or voa or have to apply at embassy/vfs : For Australia, no VOA or full application form only ETA or website application.
4. If it Is to be applied at embassy, which cities in India can we apply : New Delhi
5. Visa cost: Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) costing only AUD 20 for service fees, while a Student visa (subclass 500) i.e. can cost around AUD 2,000, The Subclass 600 Visitor visa for most nationalities outside Australia is currently around AUD 190 or more, plus the costs of biometrics or other additional services if required.
