1. Blue Planet Café, Agonda 

If you’re a fan of health food, fresh ingredients and smoothies that can cure the worst of hangovers, look no further than Blue Planet Café. Set amidst the lush forests, and encircled by the hills, this place is great if you want to try out some vegan options – we recommend the Flax seed Noodles, American breakfast, Feta Cheese Toast, and Choco Banana Peanut Smoothie. They locally source all their ingredients, reuse and recycle, and feed the local cows to avoid wastage.

2. Carpe Diem, Majorda

Giving you the fee of the Portuguese ear, this café is set within an ancient Art Gallery and has managed to keep the rustic charm of the gallery intact. Here you can partake in amazing activities that will aid your well-being and also snack on some great, nutritious food. The place serves an all-day menu which comprises of selected waffles, milkshakes, and sandwiches. do try out the Waffle and Momo variants, the Ham It Up Sandwich, and the Birdie’s Buns Burger. Pair these up with some Cappuccino or Espresso Gelato, and you’ll be good to go!

3. Café Inn, Palolem 

Epitomising the Goan experience, this place is an open-air cafe built like a shack giving out a generally relaxed vibe. It’s lively nature, and a great choice of music makes it one of the must-visit cafes in Goa which is famous for its English breakfast. Thanks to its location, it even allows you to walk down to the rocks below and dip your toes in sea water. Do try out the Prawn Curry, burger variants, and breakfast options served here.

4. Waterfalls Café, Benaulim

If you’re in the mood to indulge or happen to be staying at the Zuri White Sands Resort, Waterfalls Cafe should be your go-to! Overlooking the pool, this cafe is laden with quirky decor and offers some amazing food to hog on. True to the cafe style, Waterfalls Café is the ideal haunt if you’re feeling peckish, or even for breakfast — you’ll find pasta, sandwiches, quiche and the likes along with breakfast bowls, smoothies, and a wide range of other cuisines as well. Apart from this, their Greek Salad, Fish Steak, and Paneer Butter Masala are also highly recommended. Comfortable seating, good music, friendly staff, astounding food and memorable sunsets, such is the spectacularity of this place.

5. The Daily Roast Café, Benaulim 

Looking a for a place to sit back, relax, and just be yourself in company of some delicious dishes and a hot cuppa? Then look no further than the Daily Roast Café. Fans of artisanal coffee won’t be disappointed here, and we recommend trying out the Hazelnut Caramel Mocha, Irish Coffee, White Chocolate Mocha, and Tiramisu Frappe. If you’re not a coffee enthusiast then fret not! Ehey have a great range of coolers and milkshakes as well. As for the food, do try out the Avocado Tuna Melt Sandwich, Chicken Peri Peri Sandwich, Classic Chipotle Southwest Salad, and Classic Barbecue Salad.
